After selecting a goal and refining its criteria, let's proceed to specify the time and format.
We select a Look Back Time by clicking on Select... under the Look Back Time label and selecting an option from the drop-down list.
The Look Back Time refers to how far back we want to look at the data for it to be included in the report. This time dimension should be defined in accordance with the length of your typical sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement to closed-won business.
In this example, we select Year. This means that engagements that took place within the last year will be taken into account in our report.
