Create and analyze Customer Journeys with a Sankey diagram.
The Customer Journey module is a visual representation of an end-to-end journey from prospect to customer. It allows marketers to have a bird's eye view of the path it takes a user from their initial engagement with the brand, through all the multiple marketing touch-points they engage with, until they reach an end goal - usually a sales opportunity or a closed-won deal.
Accessing the Customer Journey Page
Click Create on the left pane and select Journey from the pane that slides out on the right.
